The Power of Connection

SEPARATION OR CONNECTION... the choice is yours

Our unconscious inner defences spontaneously form barriers that separate us. This results in subtle distancing, irritability or emotional numbness, and often leads to more obvious disconnections like rows, arguments and fights.

Connection is a magical energy at the heart of a relationship, and it can happen in an instant with anyone. It is like a meeting of minds and hearts, a sense of sharing, a place of creativity and discovery. It is the place where love is found and where differences become a part of the solution.

Connection brings a different attitude toward life itself. From saying “Yes” to Reality just as it is comes a new appreciation for the interconnectedness of all things, and new insights and breakthroughs spontaneously become available to you.
